The New York Jets and New Orleans Saints have agreed to a trade.
Jets send:
Irv Smith jr. (TE-CIN) 7.5M (2027)
Tremaine Edmunds (LB-CHI) 16.5M (2027)
To the Saints for:
Dawson Knox (TE-BUF) 13M (2026)
Corey Littleton (LB-HOU) 8.2M (2024)
Anthony Brown (CB-UFA) 1M (2025)
2024 1st (BAL)
2024 4th (BAL)
Saints accept
The Jets drafted Kincaid and while I believe Knox will still have a role, I think the rookie will steal touches too. So I think the TE swap makes sense. I like Irv Smith and think he can be solid in Cincy. Then it’s essentially the picks for Edmunds. Edmunds gives me a top LB for my team.
