Complicated trade but boils down to
Swift +1st + Cap Savings for 2025 which was desperately needed(Once Buyouts happen) for Barkley

A move I needed to make because of cap situation and my other trade I wanted to get done. Weird cap situation where I have cap space in 2024 (for these buyouts) but cap relief needed in 2025. So a trade that fits with my cap

I am a BIG Swift fan own him in other leagues so happy to get!

Dolphins accept with this post. Taking on another 40M contract isn't ideal but I have a few big contracts coming off the books next year that should give some future relief. I'm excited to see what Barkley can do behind the Eagles O-line. Thanks Cards for the fun and smooth dealings as always. Best of luck.

To be completely honest, I don’t think this is anywhere near the value of what Barkley is worth. I know this is a different situation since he’s a 40 million contract but it’s still Saquon. To me, this is Barkley for D’andre Swift, a 1st and a bunch of junk. Because this is a unique situation, I will approve it but this is a big get for Miami.

Approve 2-0. Honestly I see this completely opposite of the Ravens as I think Anthony is winning big (I too, am a swift fan) so getting him, cap relief in 2025 and a 2025 1st seems like a steal to me in Anthony’s favor.
