The Las Vegas Raiders and the Pittsburgh Steelers have reached agreement on a trade.
Raiders send:
RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire (KCC) $2,705,593 (2024)
Steelers send:
RB Eric Gray (NYG) $3,000,000 (2026)
2024 2nd (PIT)
With injuries to James Conner and Aaron Jones the Steelers needed to reinforce their running back room. Edward-Helaire is still out-snapping McKinnon for the Chiefs and has been used in both the running and passing game. This is probably a bit of an overpay, but at 5-0 the Steelers are going for it all in 2023. I hate to loose the talented rookie RB Eric Gray, but he's just buried too deep in the depth chart for the Giants to be useful this year. Thanks Ant for the easy deal.
