1: Inaugural draft is 20 Rounds
2: For player salaries we will use the average salary on Spotrac. This yearly salary will be put in for each year of the contract.
3: This league does not have RFA, if a player has RFA in their contract, just disregard that. It will not apply in this league.
4: Skipped picks - if a pick is skipped, the draft will continue and the next team is OTC. The team with the skipped pick can message the commissioner team at any time to replace the pick but the draft won’t pause once the pick is skipped.
5: if a team skips two picks in a row, the Commissioner team will take over drafting for that team. The team will get best available player based on team needs.
Pick clock:
Round 1-5: 15 Hours
Round 6-10: 12 Hours
Round 11-15: 10 Hours
Round 16-20: 8 Hours
